The ultimate vision for Dawtex is to scout for young, talented and most importantly disciplined players for whom we can provide the necessary guidance and assistance to craft them into the best possible players.

Dawtex Football Club was founded in 2009 with 3 officials and 23 players, when their home pitch was the Accra Technical Training Centre (ATTC) in Kokomelemele, which was also used as a training ground for various teams competing in the African Cup of Nations in 2008. Since then, Dawtex has gone from strength to strength and are currently playing in the National Second Division league in Accra. The current home ground of Dawtex FC is the Ajax Park – located in the University of Ghana, Legon.

Dawtex FC is currently in the process of building a football academy to cultivate talent, and bolster its players. Our motto is: Discipline and Hard Work.
